Ops Ihsan, a non-governmental organization, has taken responsibility for the welfare of 128 Palestinians who received medical treatment in Malaysia. Defence Ministry and Ops Ihsan are collaborating to ensure proper care and support for these individuals, with assistance from the Palestinian and Egyptian embassies.
The management of welfare for 128 Palestinians who came to Malaysia for medical treatment has been transferred to Ops Ihsan , a local NGO. This includes 41 patients who completed their treatment and 87 relatives, including a baby born during their stay. The Defence Ministry and Ops Ihsan are working together to ensure the Palestinians receive proper care post-treatment. Those wishing to return to Egypt will be assisted by the Egyptian Embassy.
The handover aims to improve post-treatment care and support their adaptation to local life
