EU policies under its Delegation Regulation restricts free trade practices, Malaysian Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali said in a statement on Wednesday .Neighbours Indonesia and Malaysia together produce 85% of the world's palm oil. – Reuters
