MALAYSIA will decide on Thursday whether its people will take part in this year’s haj season in Mecca, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri. Also to be announced on Thursday are the recovery movement control order guidelines for congregational and Friday prayers, he said today in a press conference.
