MALAYSIA remains committed to addressing climate change in line with the Paris Agreement and Climate Change Convention and the government is seeking to increase the country’s target of renewable energy generation to 20% by 2025. Deputy Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Minister Isnaraissah Munirah Majilis said this at the High-Level Segment in the 25th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change , from December 10 to 12 in Madrid, Spain.
