According to Berita Harian, nearly 40,000 flood victims across the country, involving 12,107 families, have been relocated to 345 centers in six states. The Social Welfare Department (JKM) revealed that Kelantan is the hardest hit, with 32,858 victims from 10 districts and 989 families.
