The Guinness World Records title for Largest Gathering In Spider-Man Costume now belongs to Malaysia with a total of 685 Spider-Man in one place. Photos: Handout, now showing at cinemas – film distributor Sony Pictures Malaysia and Aeon Mall invited fans to participate in a gathering while wearing the web-slinger costume.
On Saturday , many turned up at Aeon Mall Bukit Tinggi, in Klang, Selangor, wearing the Spidey costume.According to a press release by Sony Pictures, the previous record was achieved at a gathering that happened in India on Dec 15, 2021, with 601 Spider-Man. The attempt to break the old record began at 4pm, with the official Guinness adjudicator Kazuyoshi Kirimura requesting everyone dressed as Spider-Man to remain at the designated area for at least five minutes.The Guinness World Records title for"Largest Gathering In Spider-Man Costume" now belongs to Malaysia with a total of 685 Spider-Man in one place.
