According to Sabah Media, school principal Junaidah Yassin said the team will bring performances in four categories: solo male Murut dance, solo female Dusun Lotud dance, Bajau Samah trio , and group Bajau Samah performance .“The team will depart from Sabah on June 23,” she said for the event from June 27 to July 6.
Mutiara Dancer, reportedly having qualified in March, aims to showcase Sabah's rich ethnic culture to the world.
