The Malabon City government held the "Reyna ng Bulaklakan ng Malabon Grand Parade" participated by members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual community in the city on Sunday evening, June 4.
An association composed of residents, hair stylists, and fashion designers organized a Pride Festival, which included the parade. Sandoval promoted inclusivity as one of her administration’s core principles, saying that all Malabon residents should feel valued for who they are and not for how they are identified.
