THE relocation of Indonesia’s capital city from Jakarta to Kalimantan will have a major impact, especially on cross-border trade involving Sarawak, said deputy chief minister Awang Tengah Ali Hasan. “Joint border development can be planned and we understand that there will be advantages and disadvantages to the move, but if we plan properly, we will benefit more,” he said last night.
