A total of five major companies in the Greater Cleveland area experienced stock gains last week.
The major Ohio company with the most growth from the previous week was Parker-Hannifin , a manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems. Its stock value increased 9.9%, or $51.30 a share.
The other major Greater Cleveland companies that saw growth last week were Eaton Corporation, KeyCorp, Progressive and Transdigm Group. Four companies saw growth for at least two weeks in a row. They are Lancaster Colony, Procter & Gamble, Progressive and Welltower. Here is the listing of the top nine Ohio companies with gains, by percent, courtesy of IEX Cloud and Stacker. Stocks are ranked by percent price change from August 2 to Friday.
