RAMAI majikan di Malaysia percaya mereka akan berdepan masalah menggaji pekerja dengan kepakaran yang sesuai pada 2019, tetapi pekerja tempatan nampaknya yakin kemahiran dimiliki mereka akan terus menjadi pilihan bagi tempoh lima tahun akan datang, menurut Panduan Gaji Asia Hays. Sebanyak 46% majikan mengatakan mereka tidak yakin memperoleh pekerja dengan kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi keperluan operasi pada tahun akan datang.
