Syed Hussien Syed Abdullah, the newly elected assemblyman for Mahkota, has pledged to prioritize programs and initiatives aimed at assisting those in the B40 category and ensuring the smooth implementation of state government plans for his constituency. He also aims to address flood issues and housing projects.
KLUANG: Mahkota’s newly elected assemblyman will focus on bringing more programmes and initiatives to help those in the B40 category and ensuring that the state government’s plans for his constituency run smoothly.
“Many are in need of assistance to cope, and I hope to be able to come out with programmes that are catered to those in the B40 category and support existing initiatives by the state government,” he told the press when met after meeting with the people of Mahkota here on Sunday . “By the year 2026, we should be able to see at least 80% of these projects completed. I believe this is an attainable goal as the state government has also been very consistent in its policies,” he said, adding that he is expected to be sworn in as the Mahkota assemblyman on Thursday .
