Mahkamah Persekutuan tolak permohonan tangguh PRK Kimanis
Bekas ahli Parlimen Kimanis Anifah Aman sebelum ini memohon semakan kehakiman terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Persekutuan membatalkan kemenangan bekas menteri luar itu di kerusi berkenaan pada pilihan raya umum ke-14.– Gambar EPA, 30 Disember, 2019.
MAHKAMAH Persekutuan menolak permohonan bekas ahli Parlimen Kimanis untuk menangguhkan pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi itu yang ditetapkan berlangsung pada 18 Januari. Menurut Sekretariat Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, mahkamah turut memerintah kos sebanyak RM30,000 diberikan kepada setiap responden dalam kes tersebut.
