The Road Transport Department recently opened bidding for a new special plate number series featuring the acronym ‘MADANI’ in honour of the policy framework and slogan of the current Federal Government, with some Malaysians expressing interest in the ‘MADANI8481’ plate number in particular.
For reference, bidding for the special plate number series was conducted from 19 October to 23 October 2024, 10pm. However, it is unknown whether that specific plate number was sold at that price or higher, as the Ministry of Transport and JPJ have yet to release any statement breaking down the sales of the ‘MADANI’ special plate number series as of the time of writing.
