Cities in Asia and the United States emit the most heat-trapping gas that feeds climate change, with Shanghai the most polluting, according to new data that combines observations and artificial intelligence.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Madani government fully supports the development of the e-sports industry which continues to grow rapidly and looks forward to the emergence of more e-sports teams capable of competing fiercely and gaining world recognition.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim through a post on Facebook congratulated the Selangor Red Giants e-sports team who created history by winning the Mid-Season Cup Mobile Legends: Bang Bang 2024 at the Esports World Cup which took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last July. "I express my heartiest congratulations for the team's hard work to achieve success that is a source of pride for the team and the state of Selangor, as well as symbolising the potential of young Malaysians on the international e-sports stage,” said the Prime Minister who received a courtesy call from SRG on Friday morning .
The Prime Minister also hopes Malaysia and the Selangor Red Giants can make history once again at the MLBB M6 World Championship which will take place at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil at the end of this year. On July 14, SRG ended Malaysia's seven-year drought to win the action e-sports international after defeating the Philippines Falcons AP Bren Sport 4-3 in the 2024 MLBB Mid-Season Cup. - Bernama
