THE new Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief should not be someone from political circles as it could compromise the agency, said the chair of a parliamentary select committee, William Leong. “The neutrality of the MACC chief is very important. Given the circumstances, the anti-corruption agency will invariably investigate reports related to politicians from both sides.
