M40 housing scheme draft ready in May

A DRAFT of a special plan by the Housing and Local Government Ministry to assist the medium-income group in owning a house is expected to be completed in May. Its minister, Zuraida Kamaruddin, said her ministry was studying how to help the group by providing affordable homes based on their income.
