In the image, the student’s uniform could be seen with a huge hole and cuts on the sleeve, allegedly caused by a fellow student with a pair of scissors.
“Pity the student, it must be traumatic for him to start the school year like this. And school uniforms are not cheap. It looks like the bully really enjoyed themselves with the scissors. Please go meet their parents and ask for compensation.
