recently beating a world champion, we can’t wait to see how far our athletes can go.The Jabatan Penerangan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur took to their Twitter page to share that the Cheerleading Association and Register of Malaysia – CHARM cheerleading squad will be representing Malaysia in the Cheerleading Worlds 2024 tournament that will take place in Orlando, Florida, United States.

“The amount includes RM50,000 approved through the National Sports Trust Fund , while another RM30,000 is from the Youth and Sports Minister, Hannah Yeoh’s allocation as support for their activities,” “Hannah was present at the Sri Kuala Lumpur school yesterday to meet the CHARM squad consisting of 20 athletes aged 12 to 15-years-old, and 2 coaches and a team manager, before they leave for Orlando. The World Cheerleading Championship will take place from April 24 to April 29, involving 10,000 athletes from 80 countries,” they added.
