Outside one home, the man tapped a hammer into the palm of his hand while looking in the windows and refusing to leave.
March 03, 2022 at 12:06 pm PSTSEATTLE — Police arrested a man who was seen looking in windows of two North Seattle homes before demanding to be let inside.
The woman who lives there said she was notified by her Ring security camera that someone had entered her yard. Shortly after, a man was seen looking in her kitchen windows. The man then crossed the street and began looking into another home. When the person who lived there told him to leave, the man picked up a large rock and demanded to be let in, according to a Seattle Police Department significant incident report.
