SEOUL: A young man in South Korea who assaulted a female convenience store clerk because she had short hair was sentenced to three years in jail on Tuesday (April 9).
PETALING JAYA: Traces of diesel were detected near the Cheras Batu 11 , Hulu Langat water treatment plant on Tuesday but there was no supply disruption, says Selangor public health and environment committee chairman Jamaliah Jamaluddin .
"LUAS immediately activated preventive measures by placing oil pads and two bags of activated carbon to trap and prevent the flow of oil into Sungai Langat," she said in a statement on Wednesday .
