A Los Angeles podcaster chased away a burglar lurking outside his home hours after $25,000 worth of gear was stolen from his mobile studio parked in his driveway.
“I’m looking down as I’m walking because I’m so upset and I look up and there’s the guy, back two hours later cleaning his fingerprints off,” Lobell told the news station. According to footage provided to the television station, the burglar quickly scurried off as Lobell ran after him and pushed the kid’s playpen toward him.The suspect appears to wipe his fingerprints off the mobile studio.“They stole my cameras. They stole my board,” he said. “They stole my switcher. They stole my headphones. They stole my headphone amp, my memory cards…approximately about $25,000 of equipment.
