Menteri Besar Kelantan Ahmad Yakob berkata, lesen kebenaran dikeluarkan oleh kerajaan negeri, manakala kebenaran melombong perlu mendapat kelulusan daripada JMG.
“Syarikat perlombongan memiliki lesen daripada kerajaan negeri, namun tidak mempunyai skim kebenaran daripada JMG,” katanya ketika ditemui di Lembah Sireh di sini, hari ini. Beliau berkata, atas faktor terbabit, JMG menyita lombong itu pada 11 Jun lalu sehingga mendapat kebenaran semula . Dalam perkembangan lain berhubung tuntutan royalti minyak, Ahmad berkata, sehingga kini kerajaan negeri sudah memenuhi syarat dengan menarik balik saman sebagaimana yang diminta kerajaan persekutuan.
