Each day depends on which one we"feed" the most, and the wolf of love is naturally stronger. Browning urged us to hold on to that sentiment.

There's a lot going on right now in regard to basic human and civil rights, and it's really important that you and make your health a priority. Maybe this guided meditation led by a friendly face is just what you need like it was for me, and perhaps it will give you the strength to continue the fight for equality.
