Local workers have attitude problems, groups say

THE manpower shortage in factories has been made worse by the attitudes of local workers, whom manufacturers say are unable to work as effectively as their foreign counterparts. Factories, many running into difficulties after being saddled with the manpower shortage that prevents them from running a full operation, are complaining that employers find local workers’ performances wanting.
