Police in Terengganu, Malaysia, have busted a drug trafficking syndicate led by a local man following the arrest of a 29-year-old suspect found in possession of 36 kilograms of suspected syabu (methamphetamine) worth an estimated RM1.15 million. The suspect was apprehended on Tuesday at Kilometer 268.8 of the East Coast Highway Phase 2 (LPT2) near Kemaman.
KUALA TERENGGANU : Polis menumpaskan satu sindiket pengedaran dadah didalangi warga tempatan susulan penahanan seorang lelaki bersama 36 kilogram dadah dipercayai syabu, Selasa lalu.
Ketua Polis Terengganu, Datuk Mohd. Khairi Khairudin berkata, hasil maklumat awam, Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik dibantu Unit Peronda Polis menahan sebuah Toyota Alphard yang sedang dalam perjalanan dari Kuala Terengganu menuju ke Kuantan, Pahang.
