Lohan’s bond conditions required her to abstain from alcohol use and to provide a urine specimen for testing. Court documents show Lohan failed a urinalysis Nov. 30 and Dec. 14.Singing donkey, hot dog war and Trump among Montgomery County's top 2022 headlines Lohan, who lives with family in The Woodlands, was arrested Dec. 27 after a warrant signed by 435th state District Judge Patty Maginnis was issued Dec. 21.
Lohan appeared in court Dec. 30 where she was released on the same conditions but had no driving privileges. She is currently out on bond after bail was set at $15,000.Court records show Lohan was convicted in May 2014 in Palm Beach, Florida for driving while intoxicated followed by a second conviction in April 2021 for driving while intoxicated in South Hampton, New York.
According to TMZ, Lohan, a tabloid reporter who also appeared on the VH1 show"Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," is estranged from husband Michael Lohan. The two married in 2014 and have two children.
