Inisiatif tanggungjawab sosial korporat oleh syarikat itu dilaksanakan dalam tempoh lima tahun dengan peruntukan kira-kira RM5 juta yang akan menawarkan kurus latihan, bimbingan mentor dan bantuan perniagaan kepada 20 wanita setiap tahun dengan sasaran melahirkan 100 usahawan.
“Seterusnya program pengkhususan dari segi peluang perniagaan yang kita beri kepada mereka. Kita juga membantu dengan tidak mengenakan sebarang bayaran sewaan dalam tempoh dua tahun.di Kawasan Rehat & Rawat akan turut membantu peserta terbabit mengenai perniagaan,” katanya ketika ditemui pada Pelancaran WEP di Kawasan R&R Dengkil baru-baru ini.
Kata Azman, menerusi program ini peserta tidak terikat untuk berniaga di R&R PLUS kerana mereka yang ingin berniaga di luar selepas menimba pengalaman dan latihan pun dibenarkan. “Inisiatif PLUS ini seharusnya dilihat sebagai contoh bagaimana pihak swasta dan syarikat korporat lain boleh membantu kerajaan melaksanakan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap masyarakat.
“Perkhidmatan ditawarkan PLUS melalui Kawasan Rehat & Rawat menyediakan banyak peluang untuk rakyat berniaga dan memasarkan produk mereka terus kepada pelanggan lebuh raya.
