DAP chairman, Lim Guan Eng, is currently calling out a local airline for allegedly failing to inform passengers of flight delays.
Taking to his X page, the former Penang chief minister shared that he ended up missing an event he was supposed to attend because Firefly staff neglected to inform him and fellow passengers of a close to 3-hour delay of their flight from Subang to Penang on Thursday .
He wrote, “Firefly flight delayed for nearly 3 hours. And, I waited in Subang at a total loss because they did not change the screenboard that it was delayed. Departure was still stuck at 7:25am until I queried them.”“My Firefly flight from Subang to Penang was delayed twice this morning, the second timing to 9:50am, making me miss my appointment. So frustrating that Firefly lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism 101 to inform its passengers earlier.
