Czech Embassy Manila launches book on Czech-Philippine cultural and diplomatic relations ManilaBulletin
May 21, 2023 11:05 AMKaibigan - Přátelé: Czech-Philippine Cultural and Diplomatic Dialogue is a collaboration among Czech and Filipino writers and scholars who wrote extensively on Czech-Philippine relations.The Embassy of the Czech Republic launched the book on Czech-Philippine cultural and diplomatic relations, the first of its kind about the rich cultural and historical heritage shared between the Czech Republic and the Philippines, on May 17 at the Raffles Makati.
Kaibigan - Přátelé: Czech-Philippine Cultural and Diplomatic Dialogue is a collaboration among Czech and Filipino writers and scholars who wrote extensively on Czech-Philippine relations. One of the editors of the book, Dr. Ocampo, notes that it was an exciting endeavor to work on the book project at the height of the pandemic and hopes that Czechs and Filipinos “will remember and celebrate the friendship between the Czech Republic and the Philippines.”
