Macquarie’s pitch, seen by Street Talk, says Lightsource bp is thinking about selling three operating solar farms as a package, or adding under construction projects at Wellington North and Wunghnu to make it a five asset sale. Lightsource bp, which is part owned by British energy major BP plc, entered Australia market in 2018 and has grown to become the biggest solar owner and developer in the local market.
