NSW Liberal party State Executive Alex Dore says his party endured some “dysfunction” prior to the election which contributed to the final result.

“We have to be honest as a Coalition as well as a Liberal party that we didn’t run as disciplined a campaign – after 12 years sometimes voters think well it’s time to change again,” Mr Dore told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“We had a bit of dysfunction, some things we could have done better and you’d have to say that contributed to the result as well.”
