Re: “Religious right is dictating medical decisions — Legislature dismantled abortion rights in the name of the Bible, but whose Bible?” by Hara Person and Nancy Kasten, Nov. 5 Opinion, and “Fix the agriculture labor crisis this year — Cornyn and Cruz could be part of a bipartisan solution,” by Dante Galeazzi and Bret Erickson, Monday Opinion., for publishing these two opinion columns regarding the religious right and agriculture labor crisis.

I am greatly disappointed that those who did vote listened to their false ads and now we’re stuck with allowing their attitudes and actions to govern. Attorney General Ken Paxton vows to keep fighting President Joseph R. Biden. How about fighting for Texans? How about fighting Abbott to accept enhanced Medicaid? Texans have already lost out on billions in relief.

Now that Gov. Greg Abbott is finished campaigning, he can immediately begin rounding up and incarcerating all the rapists in the state of Texas, as he promised.Re: “Steady hands needed — Leader charts path as dog bite, euthanasia numbers grow,” by Sharon Grigbsy, Sunday Metro column.
