Hopefully, engineers, planners and politicians who had originally indicated this highway would be twinned, have not shelved their detailed plans unveiled about 10 to 12 years or two or three elections ago.

We must trust that government has been somewhat successful in recruiting and deploying significant rosters of talented, well-paid problem solvers and action planners who are capable of tackling more than one provincial problem at a time.
