KUCHING: PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says party members should not cast aspersions without evidence in the matter of the sex video implicating his deputy.
The Port Dickson MP said the police should be allowed to investigate the case first, adding that he did not doubt they would do a thorough job."If it's hidden, you don't know . You should not cast aspersions prior to an investigation.
He was responding to Datuk Seri Azmin Ali's call for the PKR leadership to investigate how those who circulated the videos obtained the phone numbers of party officers. "I have no reason to doubt that because the IGP himself has given categorical assurances that it will be thoroughly and professionally conducted," he said.
