“Mangsa yang ternampak seorang lelaki sedang mengintai dari bahagian ruang bawah dinding pemisah antara tandas bersebelahan dengan tandas mangsa bertindak menjerit meminta tolong dan turut menjirus air paip ke arah muka suspek. Menurutnya, hasil semakan mendapati lelaki terbabit tidak mempunyai rekod kesalahan lampau dan kes disiasat di bawah Seksyen 377D Kanun Keseksaan.
