Glasgow Warriors defeated Leinster 43-25 on Sunday
Leinster head coach Leo voiced his frustration after Sunday's loss to Glasgow Warriors on the opening weekend of this season’s URC.
Leinster were the only Irish team not to pick up a win, with Ulster, Munster and Connacht picking up victories on Saturday. A young Leinster side were unable to contain a strong Warriors performance that also included Liam Turner’s try being disallowed after a lengthy review much to the disappointment of the away fans.Coach Cullen said after the game: “It was a bit frustrating.“Glasgow were clinical in the way they took their opportunities.Warriors fielded a strong side that included seven members of Scotland’s rugby World Cup squad with an impressive performance from substitute George Horne.
Warriors concluded the match with a bonus try to cap off an ideal start to their URC campaign, meanwhile, Leinster will be hoping to bounce back against Sharks on Saturday.
