: Seramai 8,076 calon peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Tahun 2024 dilaporkan tidak hadir bagi semua kertas peperiksaan bertulis setakat 6 Feb lepas, kata Kementerian Pendidikan .
“Berdasarkan kepada analisis daripada Aplikasi Pengurusan Ketidakhadiran ke Sekolah Semasa Peperiksaan, antara sebab utama ketidakhadiran calon ketika peperiksaan SPM Tahun 2024 termasuk bekerja, masalah keluarga, masalah kesihatan, meninggal dunia dan berpindah ke luar negara,” kata KPM. KPM menyatakan bagi menangani isu ketidakhadiran calon SPM, kementerian itu telah melaksanakan beberapa langkah antaranya memantau kehadiran murid ke sekolah secara harian melalui Sistem Kehadiran Murid dalam Aplikasi Pangkalan Data Murid agar memudahkan pihak sekolah melaksanakan intervensi.
