Sasaran berdasarkan pencapaian membanggakan pada tahun lalu dengan jualan melebihi RM2 bilion, iaitu 25 peratus melebihi sasaran awal.
CYBERJAYA: Pemaju hartanah, LBS Bina Berhad menjangkakan pencapaian yang lebih baik pada 2023 dengan sasaran jualan sebanyak RM2 bilion.
“Tahun lalu kami berjaya mencapai jualan lebih RM2 bilion, melebihi sasaran RM1.6 bilion dan kami boleh capai disebabkan lokasi yang kami pilih, kempen yang bertepatan serta insentif kerajaan kepada pembeli rumah melebihi RM500,000. Katanya, LBS akan memberi tumpuan kepada pelancaran 2,118 unit dengan nilai GDV berjumlah RM1.1 bilion di Lembah Klang, yang secara konsisten berupaya menyumbang jualan tertinggi sepanjang tahun, khususnya di KITA @ Cybersouth, pembangunan perbandaran utama LBS.
