The lawyer, Asheeq Ali, said he had sent a letter to the city police seeking feedback within seven days.

Asheeq said his client, a 33-year-old woman, was allegedly raped by associates of Gombak Setia assemblyman Hilman Idham. After dinner, the woman claimed that all of them went for a karaoke session, where she drank alcoholic beverages and got drunk.
