PCG Commandant Admiral Artemio Abu inducted Lamentillo as Auxiliary Commodore of the PCGA Executive Squadron on Monday, January 2, at the PCG National Headquarters in Port Area, Manila.“I am happy to start the year renewing my dedication to public service by becoming part of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary.
The PCGA, a uniformed civilian volunteer organization, supports the PCG in promoting the safety of life and property at sea. Its functions include maritime environment protection, maritime search and rescue, maritime safety, and maritime community relations.
