.LabuanFT FSA hit by cybersecurity ‘incident’
In a statement, Labuan FSA said it took immediate steps to protect its systems from unauthorised access, while the relevant authorities were promptly notified of the incident.The statutory body under the finance ministry also engaged global cybersecurity firm Mandiant to work with its IT team and application vendors to conduct a thorough investigation of the security incident. “At present, Labuan FSA is working to ascertain the full impact of the incident on our systems,” it said.
