according to The Athletic’s Shams CharaniaIrving first landed in Dallas in February after he was traded with Markieff Morris from the Nets after a year-plus of much-publicized
discontent with Brooklyn.In 20 games down the stretch with the Mavericks, Irving averaged 27 points six assists and five rebounds per night while shooting 51 percent from the field.
