Rittenhouse made the announcement much like a heralded football player making his college commitment, sliding on a Texas A&M hat and announcing he would attend school there. One problem: the school says he has not been admitted.
Kyle Rittenhouse showed up on The Charlie Kirk Show this week and, just like a heralded football prospect, he appeared to announce his commitment to attend Texas A&M University.
“So, I’m going to be going there,” Rittenhouse said. “It’s going to be awesome. Beautiful campus. Amazing people. Amazing food.”Philadelphia Eagles take stand against gun violence, call for ban of ‘assault weapons loaded with high-capacity magazines’Also like a heralded football prospect making his college commitment, there’s a process for heading off to college. One can’t just pick a school and show up for class.
The apparent commitment fumble comes as Rittenhouse, who shot three people, killing two, during a racial injustice protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020, has made another round of media appearances following the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard trial.
