Department of Migrant Workers Undersecretary Bernard Olalia, Secretary Susan Ople, and Undersecretary Hans Leo Cacdac give updates on slain overseas Filipina worker Jullebee Ranara on Friday, January 27. will be blacklisted, the Department of Migrant Workers assured the public on Friday.
Ranara, 35, was killed by the 17-year-old son of her employer. Her body was burned and abandoned in a desert in Kuwait.“We already preventively suspended the employer because of the death of our OFW. Sinampahan na rin po natin ng disciplinary action against the employer,” DMW Undersecretary Bernard Olalia said in a press briefing.
