Komposer dan pemuzik terkenal tanah air, Datuk Ooi Eow Jin, dilaporkan telah meninggal dunia akibat sakit tua pada pukul 3.30 petang tadi.

“YKAT baharu sahaja menerima panggilan daripada Datin Elain yang mengatakan suaminya, Ooi Eow Jin baru sahaja meninggal dunia sebentar tadi di Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Pada jam 3.30 petang tadi. Pada 2022, media melaporkan keadaan kesihatan Eow Jin yang menghidap penyakit Alzheimer sejak 2015 semakin merosot selepas dijangkiti virus Covid-19.
