Moroka Swallows boss Steve Komphela believes the R100 000 man of the match prize money will motivate players in the Carling Knockout.
Swallows were drawn against Richards Bay in the Last 16 and the Swallows mentor, Komphela argues that it will never be an easy affair.The Carling Knockout replaces the Telkom Knockout and Komphela will look to guide Swallows to glory and is motivated by the R100 000 prize.The former Mamelodi Sundowns mentor, Komphela was reacting after the Last 16 Carling Knockout draw in Johannesburg on Tuesday.

The Dube Birds, Swallows will battle it out against KZN-based Bay and Komphela is wary of Kaitano Tembo’s side.“Richards Bay are one of the two teams we’ve lost against in the league and how they play direct and aggressive make it a difficult draw for us,” adds Komphela.
