Quentin Grimes is ready to let it fly.

After taking just six shots in the first two games of this opening-round series against the Cavaliers, the Knicks’ starting shooting guard plans to be more assertive in Game 3 on Friday at the Garden. “Everybody wants to get more shots, for sure. Grimes is focused on the defensive end, where he is spending most of the time defending Cavaliers All-Star Donovan Mitchell. The trio averaged 45.8 points during the regular season but managed just 22.5 points in the first two games and shot a cumulative 25 percent from the field. “I’m not necessarily worried about them at all. It’s part of the game to miss shots. Just gonna have to respond,” Jalen Brunson said. “The way that we hold each other accountable as a team, we know they’ll bounce back and we got their back.”USA TODAY Sports via Reuters ConThat includes Josh Hart, who was a game-time decision on Tuesday with a sprained left ankle. … The Cavaliers listed Cedi Osman, one of their top reserves, as questionable with a sprained left ankle.
