SINGAPORE: A Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-16 fighter jet crashed within Tengah Airbase at 12.35pm on Wednesday (May 8) after experiencing an issue during take-off.

PETALING JAYA: Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd's monorail services resumed full operations by 5pm Wednesday, says the service provider.

"Operators and structural engineers also completed several thorough and detailed inspections based on fixed safety standards. On Tuesday , four monorail stations – Bukit Nanas, Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang and Imbi – were temporarily closed for cleaning and repair works after an uprooted tree smashed onto the track.

A total of 17 vehicles were damaged in the incident which resulted in the death of a 47-year-old man and injuries to two others.
