KL courts to hear businessman’s Jana Wibawa graft case

Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad’s case of accepting bribes amounting to RM2 million and RM2.1 million in relation to the Jana Wibawa scheme will be heard in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, April 14, 2023.

Shah Alam Sessions Court judge Rozilah Salleh allowed the prosecution’s application to transfer the case to two Kuala Lumpur Sessions Courts on the grounds that the criminal offence was committed within one transaction involving the same company and witnesses.The prosecution was conducted by deputy public prosecutors Mohamad Fadhly Mohd Zamry and Maziah Mohaide while lawyer Rajan Navaratnam represented the accused.
